Record Listing View

Browse, sort, and access every field submission with complete transparency and traceability.

Once you select a field, data type, and date range, Carbonleap displays all matching submissions in a structured, easy-to-read table. This view is designed to help you quickly scan activity, identify patterns, and open detailed reports with a single click.

1. Table Overview

Each row represents a single submitted record from a task or scouting note. Columns provide a concise snapshot of what was captured in the field.

Columns Included

Crop Type

The crop associated with the field at the time of submission (e.g., Grape, Almond, Apple).

Crop Variety

Specific variety or cultivar defined for the field (e.g., Cabernet Sauvignon, Nonpareil Almond).

Submitted By

Shows:

  • The user’s initials

  • Full name

  • Their role (internally tracked)

This provides full auditability of who captured the information.

Date

The date the data was submitted. Not necessarily the same as the event date captured in forms.

Attachments

A count of each type of media included with the record:

  • 📷 Images

  • 🎤 Audio clips

  • 📝 Text notes

Example display: 2 images · 0 audio · 1 note

Actions

A View link that opens the full record in the side panel.

2. Sorting & Pagination

Although the page defaults to chronological display (latest first), you may encounter pagination if the dataset is large.

Pagination Controls

  • Next / Previous navigation at the bottom of the table

  • Always reflects the applied filters

  • Ensures quick performance for farms with extensive historical data

3. Attachment Indicators

The table surfaces attachment counts, but does not show the attachments directly. When a record includes media, the icons help you quickly identify:

  • Whether imagery was captured

  • Whether an audio note was recorded

  • Whether structured text notes were included

This helps users prioritize which reports require closer inspection.

4. Payload Integrity

Every row in the listing view is directly tied to:

  • The original submission from mobile or web

  • AI-generated structured observations (for scouting notes)

  • Any manual edits made after submission

Carbonleap keeps a version-safe audit trail—changes made through the side panel update the record but preserve transparency across the system.

5. Example Use Cases

Identify urgent issues

Look for:

  • Recent scouting notes with images

  • Submissions tied to disease, stress, or nutrient observations

Review operational logs

Switch to a maintenance-related template to view:

  • Irrigation adjustments

  • Fertilization logs

  • Cover crop activities

Validate fieldwork

Check who submitted a record and when, ensuring tasks were completed on schedule.

6. Accessing the Full Record

Click View in the Actions column to open the detailed record panel. This panel includes:

  • Summary

  • Full media gallery

  • Original notes

  • Edit capabilities (when applicable)

Explore the next page for a deep dive into the side panel experience.
