Design structured templates, assign tasks to your team, and track task progress across your farm.

The Manage Tasks module enables you to create standardized data-collection workflows, assign tasks to team members, and track completion status. Tasks ensure consistent, high-quality field data that Carbonleap uses to improve analytics, insights, and alerts.


What You Can Do in Manage Task

The Manage Tasks section provides three core capabilities:

1. Create Task Templates

Define the structure of a task using a guided wizard. Templates specify the questions, inputs, and data fields required for consistent data collection.

2. Assign Tasks Using Templates

Once a template is published, you can assign tasks, select fields, set due dates and priorities, and choose an assignee.

3. Manage Existing Tasks

For every template, you can:

  • View all tasks created from that template

  • Edit or delete tasks

  • Track task status (Pending, Overdue, Completed)

  • Real-time visibility of operational work

All completed task data is stored securely in the cloud and becomes available under Manage Data for review and analysis.


Where Tasks Are Used

  • Managers design templates and assign tasks from the Web App.

  • Members a.k.a crew members complete tasks from the Mobile App.

  • Managers review recorded data under Manage Data.

Task Lifecycle Overview

  1. Create a task template

  2. Publish the template

  3. Assign a task
